24 Hour Fitness

There are many ways to try 24 Hour Fitness before you commit to a lengthy membership. This, coupled with their partnership with the NBC television hit "The Biggest Loser" have attracted thousands of new customers of all ages, weight and training levels to 24 Hour Fitness clubs in recent months.

To try out 24 Hour Fitness clubs and see how they work for you, there are three choices available- a 10 day pass, a 90 day pass or a free pass into a single group exercise class to see if the pace, style and availability is to your suiting. There is also a printable coupon on their website so that they will waive the initiation fee on a shape up one club membership. Once you try the club out and find you like the amenities, there are many flexible payments for a full membership to 24 Hour Fitness.

By far one of their most popular additions, "The Biggest Loser" package promises to help you lose up to 15 pounds in six weeks for only $49 plus the cost of membership. Of course your weight loss may vary but sticking to this program can give you a quick boost that many other diet and exercise programs do not. By giving you such a quick weight loss the hope is that it will motivate you enough to stay on the program long-term for further weight loss.

One of the special classes here that has a huge fan base amongst members is the Nike Far East Funk workout, available at many locations. This is just one of dozens of amenities available with either the trial or full (and often discounted) memberships.
