Fitness USA Supercentres

Although you can't really call Fitness USA Supercenters gender-specific, they do have something in common with female or male-only gyms- separate workout facilities for each gender. That means that men workout separately for the women with classes and machines tailored to each gender's needs. Fitness USA Supercenters take men and women of any training level into their gyms and offer a vast array of ways to help you not only lose weight but improve your overall health.

Though Fitness USA Supercenters are currently only located in a handful of states and locations, there is more to them than meets the eye. Not only is your membership good for any facility in the US, but also at any Allied Health Association International gyms as well. Allied offers gyms in 27 states, all the provinces of Canada plus Germany, Italy and Japan. Some of these gyms are male or female-only, while others are completely co-ed. There are so many that you will find a gym your membership allows you in almost anywhere you travel.

Besides the hundreds of machines you will encounter at each set of gyms, you will also find a lot of group classes. Body toning, yoga, Pilates, dance classes, aqua boxing, interval training, kickboxing, step classes, water aerobics, weight aerobics and high and low impact aerobics. Of course, if you go to the Allied gyms, the sky is the limit as to what you might find- meaning a membership here is like having three or four different memberships for one low price.
