Club One

If you happen to live in California, Club One is a great choice and one of the premiere membership gyms in the entire state. They boast 18 locations, many of which are in the Bay Area, providing fitness centers to people in the Silicon Valley. Club One has 18 locations, many in such diverse areas as Brentwood, Skyport, Nob Hill and Yerba Buena, to name a few.

The biggest thing that sets Club One apart from other gyms is some of the specialized classes and concepts that they offer. A great example of this is their teaching of the Feldenkrais Method. This method is actually an educational method that teaches the student the movement process of the entire body and how ignored motions can be used to your advantage. This helps students get the most out of their workout, for faster and increased results as well. Cutting edge teachings like this set Club One quite far apart from other gyms not just in the area but across the country.

Amongst other offerings that are unique are the rebound mini trampoline classes, NIA (Neuromuscular Integrative Action) which is a mind-body syncing class, yoga camps, boot camps, specialized services and more. There is on-site childcare available at six of the locations. Of course, you can choose from the usual mix of brand-new exercise, cardio and weight lifting machines and equipment that you would fin anywhere, in addition to the unique services.

Go online and fill out a short form for a representative to get back to you. They will contact you to see if a free trial might help you figure out if this is the fitness center for you.
