Today's woman
Today's woman works and plays very hard. High employment ambitions are enjoyed and balanced out with nights out and lots of drinking.

Good as this may seem, it will soon takes it toll on your physical and mental strength.

Counting sheep
Generally we need 7 - 9 hours of sleep per day to physically and mentally recover from the previous days activities.

However long working days and partying nights may mean you need to catch up with lost sleep at the weekends.

Lazy days
The good news is that the body can self program itself to get the right amount of sleep it needs if you have previously denied it.

So turn off the alarm clock at the weekends and allow your body to wake up naturally. Lie in until 1 pm (or longer!) - your body probably deserves it.
