Doctors and health experts say you should drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Why?

Flush out the old...
One of the roles of water within the body is to flush out toxins from within the system. Hence not drinking enough water may reduce this process and create a body which feels sluggish and tired.

Water also plays a role in lubricating the brain. Without a ready supply the brain (surrounding fluid) can "dehydrate" causing the brain to reduce in size!!

Alcohol is another cause of dehydration - this is why we all have a banging headache the morning after the night before.

What should I do?
If drinking 8 glasses of still water fills you with dread then why not jazz it up a little. Buy sparkling / carbonated water. Add low sugar flavours. Buy low caffeine diet fizzy drinks etc. Just make sure you drink enough.
