In short, aerobic exercise and fitness is what will make your everyday life simpler and more enjoyable. If you want to excel at any form of exercise, you need to improve your aerobic fitness. This refers to endurance or the ability to sustain work over long periods of time.

Progress into exercise slowly especially if you currently live a sedentary lifestyle. Make sure that you warm up before and cool down after each exercise session. There are countless forms of this type of exercise including swimming, walking, running, skipping, and cycling. Try as many types as you can to determine which ones you like the best then try and incorporate them into your training schedule.

You can also try to include more activity into your daily routine, Take the stairs instead of the elevator, go for a walk on your lunch break or play sports with your kids. The benefits of this type of exercise include more self esteem, weight loss, enhanced mood and increased blood supply to heart and lungs.
