They will also give you some guidelines on how to design your program based on your specific goals.

Don't like being stuck indoors - take your exercise outside! One a nice day, you can do your exercise routine outdoors. Just find a shady spot in your backyard. If you like sports, you can go rollerblading, cycling, walking, hiking or running. One you add activity to your everyday life you will immediately start to reap the benefits - so get moving!
