Yoga for Kids

 

With more and more young people getting involved in fitness, a yoga for kids class may be the perfect thing to get your son or daughter involved in.

Special note should be taken when placing your child in a class though that since their bodies are still developing at a very rapid pace you should not force too much pressure on them strength wise. General movements should be perfect as most of it is just using bodyweight or light resistance, which is what they need. Anything that is pushing them past the limit of comfort and causing pain is not advisable however.
